Indemnity Payments in Addition to Residual Value Guarantee Amount. The Lessee acknowledges and agrees that its obligations to make indemnity payments under this Section 13 are separate from, in addition to, and do not reduce, its obligation to pay the Residual Value Guarantee Amount under the Lease; provided, that except as otherwise set forth in Section 13.2 hereof, the Shortfall Amount payable by the Lessee in connection with the Remarketing Option under the Lease shall not be increased under this Section 13.
