Independent Auditors. The Company shall, until at least the Termination Date, maintain as its independent auditors an accounting firm authorized to practice before the SEC.
Independent Auditors. WithumSmith+Xxxxx, PC (“Withum”), who has certified certain financial statements of the Company and delivered its report with respect to the audited financial statements and schedules included in the Registration Statement, Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus, is a registered public accounting firm that is independent with respect to the Company within the meaning of the Act and the Exchange Act and the applicable published rules and regulations thereunder.
Independent Auditors. Ernst & Young LLP, who has certified certain financial statements of the Company incorporated by reference in the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, is an independent registered public accounting firm with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries and the Parent and its subsidiaries within the meaning of the applicable rules and regulations adopted by the Commission and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board.
Independent Auditors. Ernst & Young LLP, who have certified certain financial statements and related schedules of the Company and its subsidiaries included or incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the General Disclosure Package and the Prospectus, is an independent registered public accounting firm with respect to the Company and its subsidiaries within the meaning of Article 2-01 of Regulation S-X and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States) (the “PCAOB”).
Independent Auditors. The financial statements of the Company shall be audited by Ernst & Young LLP, or such other certified public accountants of similar standing selected by the Managing Member, as of the end of each fiscal year of the Company.
Independent Auditors. The Company’s independent public auditors shall be PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, or another public accounting firm, as determined by the Board of Managers.

The Company’s current auditors are independent with respect to the Company within the meaning of the rules of professional conduct applicable to auditors in Canada and there has never been a “reportable event” (within the meaning of National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations) with the current, or to the best knowledge of the Company any predecessor, auditors of the Company during the last three years.
Independent Auditors. The auditors whose report with respect to financial statements that is or will be incorporated by reference in the Registration Statement, the Basic Prospectus, any Preliminary Final Prospectus or the Final Prospectus are independent with respect to the Bank under the rules and regulations adopted by the International Federation of Accountants.
Independent Auditors. The Company shall, until at least two (2) years after the date of the Closing, maintain as its independent auditors an accounting firm authorized to practice before the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Independent Auditors. The financial statements of the Partnership shall be audited by an independent certified public accountant selected by the Managing General Partner as of the end of each fiscal year of the Partnership.
