INDEPENDENT CONTRACTS. The Consultant and the Principal shall at all times be independent contractors and shall not at any time be or be deemed to be employees of the Company. The Consultant and the Principal acknowledge that they are not employees of the Company and that the execution of this Agreement shall not give rise to any employment with the Company.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTS. Each fully executed SOC and PO, together with this Agreement incorporated therein, is enforceable in accordance with its terms and shall create a separate contract between the Authorized Purchaser and Contractor.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTS. BD and its Representatives , and Associated Insurance Agency and its Agents, are independent contractors with respect to Glenbrook Life and ALFS.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTS. Nothing contained in the Agreement shall be construed in any manner to constitute the creation of a partnership or a principal and agent relationship between the parties and the parties shall at all times be and remain independent contractors with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. Any individuals furnished by either party shall be solely that party's employees or agents and shall remain under its sole and exclusive direction and control and shall not be considered employees of the other party for any purpose.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTS. The relationship of LookSmart and GRC --------------------- established by this Agreement is that of independent contractors, and neither party is an employee, agent, partner or joint venturer of the other. All financial obligations associated with GRC's business are the sole responsibility of GRC, and all financial obligations associated with LookSmart's business are the sole responsibility of LookSmart.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTS. This Contract is part of a multi‐Jurisdiction effort. Each contract with the Supplier is an independent, enforceable agreement between a Jurisdiction and the Supplier. In the event a Jurisdiction terminates its contract or otherwise elects to not move forward with its anticipated project, the contracts with the other Jurisdictions will remain in full force and effect but subject to mutually agreeable modifications/Change Orders made necessary by any applicable change in individual project scope.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTS. Pursuant to this Agreement, Sheridan may make independent contracts or agreements with Anesthesiologists and CRNAs to assist Sheridan in meeting Sheridan's obligations under this Agreement, but Hospital District shall not be a party to, or be bound by, such agreements.
