Indirect Charge for Projects. As to major construction projects (such as, but not limited to, pipelines, gas reprocessing and processing plants, and final loading and terminalling facilities) when the estimated cost of each project amounts to more than one hundred thousand dollars (U.S. $100,000.00) a separate indirect charge for such project shall be set by the Operating Committee at the time of approval of the project.
