Individual Goals and Objectives. All certificated personnel shall prepare each year written statements of goals and objectives and present them to the appropriate management person by the twentieth (20th) day of instruction. For persons scheduled for formal evaluation, those statements will be entered on the Certificated Staff Member Work Plan forms.
