Common use of Individual Terminations Clause in Contracts

Individual Terminations. Unless otherwise specified in the policy, coverage of any Insured Person shall terminate on whichever of the following dates occurs first: 1. The date the Insured Person ceases to be under the sponsorship or supervision of the Policyholder or ceases to fall under the definition of 2. The date that any part of the Insured Persons’ or Policyholder’s premium remains unpaid; or 3. The date this policy terminates.
