INDUCEMENT TO LANDLORD. Guarantor acknowledges and agrees that the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor to PSLT-ALS Holdings has served as a material inducement to PSLT-ALS Holdings to execute and deliver the Agreement Regarding Leases, and Guarantor further acknowledges and agrees that but for the execution and delivery of this Guaranty by Guarantor, PSLT-ALS Holdings would not have executed and delivered the Agreement Regarding Leases.
