Information and Communications technology cooperation
1. The Parties, recognizing the rapid development, led by the private sector, of Information and Communications Technology (hereinafter referred to as the "ICT") and of business practices regarding ICT-related services both in the domestic and international contexts, will cooperate to promote the development of ICT and ICT-related services with a view to obtaining the maximum benefit of the use of ICT for the Parties.
2. Cooperation in accordance with paragraph 1 may include the following: (a) promoting dialogue on policy issues; (b) promoting cooperation between the private sectors of the Parties; (c) enhancing cooperation in international fora related to ICT; and (d) undertaking other appropriate cooperative activities.
3. The Parties will encourage cooperation in, including, but not limited to, the following areas: (a) cyber-infrastructure and policy issues for e-government; (b) inter-operability of Public Key Infrastructure; (c) development, processing, management, distribution, and trade of digital contents; (d) scientific and technical cooperation for the software industry of the Parties; (e) research and development and management of information technology parks; (f) research and development on information technology services such as integration of broadcasting and telecommunications; (g) research and development and deployment of networks and telecommunications, when the Parties agree on the necessity of the activities; (h) business opportunities in the international markets; and (i) any other areas as may be agreed by the Parties.
Information and Communications. Each Employer, Member, Spouse and Beneficiary shall be required to furnish the TPA with such information and data as may be considered necessary by the TPA. All notices, instructions and other communications with respect to the Plan shall be in such form as is prescribed from time to time by the TPA, shall be mailed by first class mail or delivered personally, and shall be deemed to have been duly given and delivered only upon actual receipt thereof by the TPA. All information and data submitted by an Employer or a Member, including a Member's birth date, marital status, salary and circumstances of his Employment and termination thereof, may be accepted and relied upon by the TPA. All communications from the Employer or the Trustee to a Member, Spouse or Beneficiary shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed by first class mail to the address of such person as last shown on the records of the Plan.
Information and Communications. Essential information will be identified in each Project and transferred to the employees on time so that they can carry out their job appropriately. The information systems produce reports that contain a lot of information as to the relevant activities, which allows to manage and monitor the reporting on Projects in the Project. The information systems handle not only the data produced in relation to the Project, such as budgets and forecasts, but also the data as to events, actions and external conditions that are important for the decision-making process in order to make informed business decisions and report to external agents.
Information and Communications. The Commission shall provide all documents, maps, reports, and other data requested by the Provider necessary for the Provider to accomplish the Requested Services. The Commission and the Provider agree that the Commission shall be permitted to obtain at no additional cost and to retain any and all documents prepared or caused to be prepared by the Provider in connection with the services to be provided by the Provider and the Provider agrees to provide the Commission with said documents upon request by the Commission. Said documents may be used by the Commission or others with respect to the Commission’s undertakings with respect to the Projects.
Information and Communications. 23.1 The Grantee shall prominently display the LIFT logo at all sites where the Activity is being implemented. In addition, the Grantee shall credit LIFT in any promotional materials in accordance with Annex G.
23.2 The Grantee authorises UNOPS to publish its name, the maximum amount of the grant and a description of the Activity. A derogation to this Article 23.2 may be agreed with UNOPS should the communication or the publication of such information present a danger to the privacy of the beneficiaries of the Activity, to the security of the Grantee or the beneficiaries, or to the ability of the Grantee to implement the Activity, with any agreement to a derogation being at the sole discretion of UNOPS.
Information and Communications. (a) Subject to the Access to Information Act (Canada), the Privacy Act (Canada), and the applicable provincial, territorial or municipal freedom of information and privacy legislation, the Parties shall hold confidential any information clearly identified and marked as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed in a manner that would contravene the access to information and privacy legislation that applies to the Parties.
(b) The Recipient consents to the collection, use and disclosure of information submitted to CMHC by the Recipient for the following purposes: (i) to assess the Recipient's eligibility under the RHI; (ii) for analytics, policy analysis, auditing and research by CMHC; (iii) to communicate to the Recipient possible opportunities under other CMHC programs, or possible collaboration opportunities with third parties; (iv) for evaluation of the RHI;
Information and Communications technology
1. The Parties recognise the importance of cooperation in the development of Information and Communications Technology, as a key sector in the modern society to xxxxxx competitiveness and innovation, as well as for the smooth transition towards the information society. The objective in this area is to develop the ICT sector and promote its contribution to other socio-economic sectors.
2. Subject to the provisions of Article 36, the Parties agree to cooperate, including by facilitating support, in the following areas:
a) Facilitate connectivity at the national, regional and global level
b) Dissemination of new information and communication technologies
c) Support the development of the legal and regulatory frameworks on ICT;
d) Technology development, transfer and applications, R&D, innovation, information exchange and networks, and marketing
e) Capacity building in human resources, improvement in service standards, and institutional structures
f) Encourage and facilitate EU-ESA partnerships, linkages and joint ventures between economic operators
g) Promotion and support for the development of niche markets for ICT-enabled services.
Information and Communications. Technology Chapter 6 Final Provisions
Information and Communications. (a) All documents including proposals submitted to the City will be subject to provisions and disclosure requirements under the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (New Brunswick). In addition, all information provided by the Recipient to the City may be provided by the City to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, which information will be subject to the Access to Information Act (Canada), the Privacy Act (Canada) and the applicable provincial, territorial or municipal freedom of information and privacy legislation.
(b) Subject to the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (New Brunswick), the Access to Information Act (Canada), the Privacy Act (Canada), and the applicable provincial, territorial or municipal freedom of information and privacy legislation, the Parties shall hold confidential any information clearly identified and marked as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential given the nature of the information and the circumstances of disclosure. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed in a manner that would contravene the access to information and privacy legislation that applies to the Parties.
(c) The Recipient consents to the collection, use and disclosure of information submitted to the City by the Recipient for the following purposes: (i) to provide that information to the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation to assess the project’s eligibility under its Rapid Housing Initiative program and the CMHC Agreement; (ii) for analytics, policy analysis, auditing and research by the City and or the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation; (iii) to communicate to the Recipient possible opportunities under other programs, or possible collaboration opportunities with third parties; (iv) for evaluation of the Rapid Housing Initiative of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation; (v) for use by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation in and the Government of Canada for purposes related to the National Housing Act (Canada); and (vi) for information verification and due diligence purposes, including to detect and protect City and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation from errors and fraud. The Recipient shall obtain the foregoing consents from any third party intermediary engaged by the Recipient to construct and/or operate the Units.

Information and Communications. Purchaser shall be responsible for the costs of installing and maintaining any communications equipment necessary to effectuate the delivery of the Non-Firm Generation Product or Load Following Product between the District and the Purchaser.
