Information by Investor. The Investor shall furnish to the Corporation such written information regarding the Investor and the distribution proposed by the Investor as the Corporation may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
Information by Investor. The Investor of Shares included in any registration shall furnish to the Company such information regarding Investor, the Shares held by it and the distribution proposed by such Investor as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.

The Investor or Investors holding Registrable Securities included in any registration shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such Investor or Investors, the Registrable Securities held by them and the distribution proposed by such Investor or Investors as the Company may request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration referred to in this Agreement.

The Investor shall promptly furnish to the Company such information regarding the Investor and the distribution proposed by the Investor as the Company may request in writing and as shall be required from time to time in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Section 9.
Information by Investor. Each Investor selling Restricted Shares in a proposed registration shall furnish to the Company such written information regarding such Investor and the distribution proposed by such Investor as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement.
Information by Investor. The Investor shall furnish to the Company such information regarding the Investor as the Company may reasonably request and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Agreement. Such information provided by the Investor shall not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit any material fact required to be stated in the related registration statement or necessary to make the statements therein with respect to the Investor not misleading.
Information by Investor. Without limiting anything set forth in Section 2.3 of this Agreement, each holder of Registrable Shares included in any registration shall furnish to the Company such customary information regarding such holder and the distribution proposed by such holder as the Company may reasonably request in writing and that is required under applicable laws, rules and regulations.

The holder of Registrable Securities to be included in any registration shall furnish to the Company such information regarding such holder and the distribution proposed by such holder as the Company may request in writing and as shall be required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Section 6.
Information by Investor. The Investor shall promptly furnish to the ----------------------- Company such information regarding the Investor and the distribution proposed by the Investor as the Company may reasonably request in writing and as shall be reasonably required in connection with any registration, qualification or compliance referred to in this Registration Rights Agreement. All information provided to the Company by the Investor shall be accurate and complete in all material respects and the Investor shall promptly notify the Company if any such information becomes incorrect of incomplete. If the Investor does not timely provide all such reasonably requested information the Investor shall not be entitled to the liquidated damages contemplated by Section 2(b)(ii) to the extent that such delay in a Registration Statement becoming effective is caused by such failure to timely provide information unless the Investor shall be able to demonstrate to the Company's satisfaction that such failure to timely provide did not proportionately contribute to the event giving rise to the indemnity obligation.
