Common use of Information Concerning Faults and Unplanned Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Information Concerning Faults and Unplanned Interruptions. (a) The Distributor must make available to the Retailer information regarding faults or unplanned interruptions which the Distributor is required to provide to a customer under the standard connection contract within the same time period as the information is required to be provided by the Distributor to the customer under standard connection contract. (b) Any information described in clause 5.2(a) is not required to distinguish between faults affecting a customer and faults affecting customers of other retailers.
