Information from CASBU. CASBU agrees to provide the Employer with the following information: (a) an up-to-date copy of the Constitution and Bylaws of NUFA and mendments thereto; (b) the name of the CASBU Officer within 30 days of his/her election; (c) the names of their NUFA bargaining representatives.
