Upon request, Distributor or Adviser will provide to Company at least one complete copy of all registration statements, prospectuses, Statements of Additional Information, reports, proxy statements, solicitations for voting instructions, applications for exemptions, requests for no action letters, and all amendments to any of the above, that relate to the Fund, in final form as filed with the SEC, NASD and other regulatory authorities.
