Information Provided to the Association. 22 20.4.1 The Medical Center shall furnish to the Association, upon request, all 23 reasonably available factual information to which it is legally entitled 24 and is necessary to its function as exclusive bargaining 25 representative.

The parties will agree on a specific 11 identifying numbering system for employees to be included with each 12 of the above lists. Such lists shall be provided in electronic format 13 (Microsoft Excel or similar format).
15 20.4.3 At least fifteen (15) days before the first time that the Medical Center 16 provides a list that includes nurses’ phone numbers, the Medical 17 Center will inform all nurses that it intends to provide such information 18 and nurses will have the opportunity to indicate any objection to 19 providing his/her own phone number.
