INFORMATION RELATING TO THE TRUST. The Trust will keep you fully informed with regard to its affairs, will furnish you with copies of all financial statements and a signed copy of each report prepared by its independent public accountants, and will cooperate fully with you in your efforts to sell the Trust's shares and in the performance of your duties under this Agreement.
