Common use of Information/School Board Data Clause in Contracts

Information/School Board Data. The Board and the Union shall, upon written request, furnish the other with available non-confidential information in its existing form which is relevant to proper subjects of bargaining or which is directly related to and necessary for administration of the terms of this Agreement. Such information shall be furnished within ten (10) work days of receipt of the request, except for the Board agenda, which will be distributed when it is generally distributed.
