Information, Services and Things Required from Owner. 6.1.1 The Owner shall furnish to the Contractor, at the time of executing this Contract, any and all written and tangible material in its possession that are necessary to facilitate the completion of this project in a timely manner, if any.

Information, Services and Things Required from Owner. 6.1.1 If the Contractor requests in writing, the Owner shall furnish to the Contractor, prior to the execution of this Contract, any and all written and tangible material in its possession concerning conditions below ground at the site of the Project. Such written and tangible material is furnished to the Contractor only in order to make complete disclosure of such material and for no other purpose. By furnishing such material, the Owner does not represent, warrant, or guarantee its accuracy either in whole, in part, implicitly or explicitly, or at all, and shall have no liability therefor. The Owner shall also furnish surveys, legal limitations and utility locations (if known), and a legal description of the Project site.
