Information Storage. Depending on the type of multimedia system you have in your Toyota Vehicle, certain information may be stored for ease of use of the Application via the Toyota Vehicle’s multimedia system (e.g., search history, location history in certain applications, previous and saved destinations (entered via your use of the GPS functionality of the Toyota Vehicle’s multimedia system), map locations within certain applications, and device numbers that are called via the Toyota Vehicle’s multimedia’s Bluetooth connection).

Depending on the type of multimedia system you have in your Lexus Vehicle, certain information may be stored for ease of use of the Application via the Lexus Vehicle’s multimedia system (e.g., search history, location history in certain applications, previous and saved destinations (entered via your use of the GPS functionality of the Lexus Vehicle’s multimedia system), map locations within certain applications, and device numbers that are called via the Lexus Vehicle’s multimedia’s Bluetooth connection).

The Customer acknowledges and agrees to the Bank's retention of such information in any such form as if the said information were in its original form. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement relating to the verification of the Account and transactions, the records of the Bank are prima facie evidence of the state of Accounts between the parties for all purposes including litigation. The Bank may use the services of any electronic data processing service bureau or organization in the performance of its services. The Bank shall not be liable to the Customer for any act or omission of such service bureau or organization in the performance of its services. The Bank is under no obligation to retain original documents, Instruments or vouchers other than those belonging to or entrusted to the Bank by the Customer for safekeeping.
Information Storage. 27.9.1. We store essential information related to the use of our Services for our own needs for at least five (5) years in durable media of our choice.
27.9.2. On the other hand, in order to have proof of actions taken by you or by us in fulfillment of these Terms, you should save corresponding information and store it in durable media of your choice.
27.9.3. While we will take all practicable steps to protect the information in our possession against unauthorized or accidental access, processing, erasure, loss or use, we cannot guarantee the total security of your information and data.

Information Storage. The Domestic Companies shall store exclusively in the United States the following:
(i) stored Domestic Communications;
(ii) Wire Communications or Electronic Communications received by, intended to be received by, or stored in the account of a customer or subscriber of the Domestic Companies.
(iii) Transactional Data and Call Associated Data relating to Domestic Communications;
(iv) Subscriber Information concerning customers who are U.S.-domiciled, customers who hold themselves out as being U.S.-domiciled, and customers who make any Domestic Communication;
(v) billing records of customers who are U.S.-domiciled, customers who hold themselves out as being U.S.-domiciled, and customers who make any Domestic Communication; and
(vi) Network Management Information, provided, however, that duplicate copies of such Network Management Information may be maintained at América Móvil’s headquarters in Mexico City, Mexico.
Information Storage. The NDIS Commission may collect personal information about you from you, your representative or a third party. Using forms, online portals and other electronic or paper correspondence to collect this information. The NDIS Commission or we as service providers may collect information directly. The NDIS Commission may also obtain personal information collected by other Commonwealth agencies, State or Territory government bodies, or other organisations. From time to time, the NDIS Commission may receive personal information from members of the public without it being requested. The NDIS Commission and we as service providers will not ask you for any personal information we do not need. The Privacy Act requires that we collect information for a reasonably necessary purpose for, or related to, a function or activity of the NDIS Commission. When the NDIS Commission collects personal information, we are required by the Privacy Act to notify you of several matters. These include the purposes for collecting the information, whether the collection is required or authorised by law and any person or body to whom we usually disclose the information. The NDIS Commission generally provides this notification by having Privacy Notices on our paper-based forms and online portals.
Information Storage. Without limiting the generality of Section 5.1, each Party shall retain all the other Party's confidential, proprietary, information in a secure place, separate from any other information, data, reports, or other documents not relating hereto, with access to such information limited to those persons who have a "need to know".
