Common use of Information to Licensee Clause in Contracts

Information to Licensee. TSRI shall keep Licensee timely informed with regard to the patent application and maintenance processes. TSRI shall deliver to Licensee copies of all patent applications, amendments, related correspondence, and other related matters in a timely manner.

Information to Licensee. TSRI shall keep Licensee fully and timely informed with regard to the patent application and maintenance processes. TSRI shall deliver to Licensee copies of all patent applications, amendments, related correspondence, correspondence and other related patent documents. Licensee shall have full rights of consultation with TSRI’s OPC and with TSRI’s outside patent counsel on all matters in a timely mannerrelating to the prosecution and maintenance of the Licensed Patent Rights.

TSRI shall deliver to Licensee copies of all patent applications, amendments, office actions, responses, related correspondence, and other related matters in a timely mannermatter.

Without limiting the foregoing, TSRI shall provide or ensure that patent counsel provides Licensee [***] updated patent prosecution and maintenance schedule for all patent applications and patents within the Licensed Patent Rights.

TSRI shall keep Licensee timely informed with regard to the patent application and maintenance processesprocesses and other submissions relating thereto and give Licensee and Licensee’s counsel reasonable opportunity to review and comment on the text of each patent application within the Licensed Patent Rights and other submissions relating thereto before filing, including, but not limited to, the type and scope of the useful claims and the nature of supporting disclosures. TSRI shall deliver to Licensee copies of all patent applications, amendments, related correspondence, and other related matters in a timely mannermatter.
