Common use of Information to MSEA Clause in Contracts

Information to MSEA. On a monthly basis, MainePERS shall supply the MSEA with the following information in a spreadsheet through a secure electronic portal, concerning each new, terminated or current employee: name, address, date of hire, job title, job code, employee ID number, grade, step, bargaining unit, rehire date, termination date, termination reason. This does not apply to any non-bargaining unit employees, unless they remain a member of MSEA. MainePERS shall also notify MSEA on a monthly basis of the same information concerning any employee coming under coverage of this Agreement due to a change of status.
