Information to Suppliers. In asking for prices on materials under any item of the Contract, the Contractor shall supply the manufacturer or the dealer with such complete information from the specifications and the plans as may be necessary in order to produce such materials as required under the Contract, and in every case, the Contractor shall inform the manufacturer or dealer of all the Contract requirements relevant to such materials.
