Initial and Subsequent Notes. The Notes initially will be issued in global form, registered in the name of Cede & Co., as the nominee of the Depositary, and deposited with the Trustee, at its Corporate Trust Office, as custodian for the Depositary. Except to the extent provided in Section 2.09(c) hereof, all Notes will be represented by one or more Global Notes.
