Initial Contract Award. Each regularly employed teacher shall, upon being awarded his initial contract, be granted five (5) days of sick leave to be accumulated during the first four months of employment. However, such leave hereunder will not be considered vested and any use will be deducted from such employee's final pay if he terminates prior to four (4) months of District service.

  • ADDITIONAL SPECIAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS A. Special Contract Conditions revisions: the corresponding subsections of the Special Contract Conditions referenced below are replaced in their entirety with the following:

  • Initial Contract Term The Initial Contract Term shall be for two years. The Initial Contract Term shall begin on October 1, 2021, or on the last date the Contract is signed by all Parties, whichever is later. The Contract shall expire on October 1, 2023, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the Special Contract Conditions or Additional Special Contract Conditions.

  • Lodgement of SWS wage assessment agreement C.6.1 All SWS wage assessment agreements under the conditions of this schedule, including the appropriate percentage of the relevant minimum wage to be paid to the employee, must be lodged by the employer with Fair Work Australia.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.
