Initial Facilities. As of the Effective Date, Company hereby acknowledges, accepts and consents to each of the Initial Facilities identified on Exhibit B-1. The Parties hereby agree to promptly enter into Leases and Easements with respect to each of the Initial Facilities.
Initial Facilities. As of the Effective Date, the Company hereby accepts and consents to each of the Initial Facilities identified as accepted on Exhibit B, including the location and composition thereof. Operator may construct each Initial Facility during the Initial Term, in all cases subject to the Operator’s compliance with this Agreement.
