Initial Holders. The Company shall deliver to the Transfer Agent a list of the names of the persons who shall be the initial Holders of the Warrants and the number of Warrants to which each such person is entitled. The Transfer Agent is hereby authorized by the Company to promptly issue Warrant Certificates for approximately thousand ( ,000) Warrants upon receipt of the written request of the Company, which shall include the list referred to in the preceding sentence. The Company shall deliver to the Transfer Agent, along with this Warrant Agreement, a sufficient number of duly executed Warrant Certificates.
