Initial Request. To obtain indemnification under this Agreement, Indemnitee shall submit to the Company a written request, including therein or therewith such documentation and information as is reasonably available to Indemnitee and is reasonably necessary to determine whether and to what extent Indemnitee is entitled to indemnification. The Secretary of the Company shall promptly advise the Board in writing that Indemnitee has requested indemnification.

Initial Request. Whenever Indemnitee believes that, in a specific case, Indemnitee is then entitled to indemnification under this Agreement or under the Company's Certificate of Incorporation or Bylaws, the DGCL or otherwise, Indemnitee shall submit a written notice to the Company requesting an authorization and determination by the Company to that effect. The notice shall describe the matter giving rise to the request and be accompanied by all appropriate supporting documentation reasonably available to Indemnitee.

Requests to the committee for reclassification consideration may be initiated by the employee, a manager, or Local 1. Initial Request. To obtain indemnification under this Agreement, the Executive shall submit to Nabors Bermuda and Nabors Delaware a written request, including therein or therewith such documentation and information as is reasonably available to the Executive and which is reasonably necessary to determine whether and to what extent the Executive is entitled to indemnification. The Secretary of Nabors Bermuda shall promptly advise the Nabors Bermuda Board in writing that the Executive has requested indemnification.
Initial Request. The Hospital will post a notice on each unit asking employees to indicate their preference to have time off over either the Christmas or New Year’s period. It is understood that the time off over the Christmas or New Year’s shall be at least four (4) consecutive days that covers the applicable period as defined above. The notice will be posted five (5) weeks prior to the posting of the schedule that will cover the Christmas and New Year’s period. All employees must indicate their preference by completing the notice at least three (3) weeks prior to the posting of the schedule.
