Initial Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable Service Period, each Provider agrees to provide, or with respect to any service to be provided by an Affiliate of the Provider, to cause such Affiliate to provide, to the Recipient, or with respect to any service to be provided to an Affiliate of the Recipient, to such Affiliate, the applicable services (the “Initial Services”) set forth on the Schedule (the “Schedule”) annexed hereto.
Initial Services. Without in any manner limiting the generality of the initial Services to be provided by the Executive as set forth in Part 2 of the Agreement hereinabove, it is hereby also acknowledged and agreed that the Executive will provide the following specific Services to the Company, or to any of the Company’s respective subsidiaries, as the case may be, and as may be determined by the Board of Directors, from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion, and in conjunction with the development and maintenance of the Company’s various business interests subject, at all times, to the direction of the Board of Directors:
Initial Services. Commencing on the Distribution Date, the Party designated as the Provider on the Schedules hereto shall provide, or with respect to any service to be provided by a member or members of such Party’s Group, to cause such member or members of such Party’s Group to provide, to the Party designated as the Purchaser on the Schedules hereto, or with respect to any service to be provided to a member or members of such Party’s Group, to such member or members of such Party’s Group, the applicable services set forth on Schedule 1 through Schedule 11 hereto (the “Initial Services”).
Initial Services. TRFP will provide consultation addressing the specific issue or issues you request as indicated below. TRFP will provide you with a detailed financial analysis and recommendations to guide you toward the achievement of your objectives. TRFP will limit its analysis to the specific areas indicated below. You understand that information regarding specific issues not revealed to or analyzed by TRFP may have a direct impact on the suitability or accuracy of specific recommendations given.
Initial Services. 3.2.1 The awarded bidder(s) must perform all of the tasks listed in the Technical Specifications, Paragraph 3.10 at each station listed in the Groups, within 30 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase order. Upon completion of these initial services, bidders(s) will perform all the tasks, at each station, with the estimated frequencies shown in Paragraph 3.10.
3.2.2 The awarded bidder(s) shall provide within 30 calendar days from the date of the initial purchase order a report to the corresponding Project Manager, listing any concerns or issues found during the initial service provided at each lift station.
Initial Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable Service Period, each Provider agrees to provide, or with respect to any service to be provided by an Affiliate of such Provider, to cause such Affiliate to provide, to the Recipient, or with respect to any service to be provided to an Affiliate of the Recipient, to such Affiliate, the services that have been provided by the Provider and/or its Affiliates to the Recipient or its Affiliates (the “Initial Services”), including but not limited to the services set forth on Schedule 1 (together with other Schedule(s) to this Agreement, the “Schedules”) annexed hereto.
Initial Services. Metavante agrees to provide those Services listed IIi the Services and Charges Schedule.

Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable term determined pursuant to Section 2.7 hereof, the following "Initial Services" shall be provided by CenterPoint or other Providing Company with respect to a Service to Genco or other Receiving Company with respect to a Service:
(i) Corporate Center Services;
(ii) Information Technology Services; and
Initial Services. Commencing as of the Effective Time, the Provider agrees to provide, or to cause one of its Subsidiaries to provide, to the Recipient, or any Subsidiary of the Recipient, the applicable services (the “Initial Services”) set forth on each of the subsections of Schedule 1 hereto.
