If Licensee does not provide the annual signed writing as outlined above, then the total number of Resolve named users Licensee be able to use will be the same amount as it used in the previous year.

  • Term of License The license granted to the Engineer by this article shall terminate at the end of the term specified in Article 2 of this contract.
