Common use of Injunctive Relief, Damages and Forfeiture Clause in Contracts

Injunctive Relief, Damages and Forfeiture. Employee understands and agrees that the Corporation’s remedy for violation of the restrictions contained in paragraphs (a), (b) and/or (c) above is not limited to a requirement that Employee repay any awards granted to Employee under the Plan. Rather, in the event Employee breaches the terms of the restrictive covenants contained in paragraphs3 (a), 3(b) and/or 3(c) above, the Corporation will be entitled to seek and obtain any or all of the following remedies against Employee:
