Injury and Illness Prevention Programs. (IIPP) A. Each department shall establish, implement, and maintain an IIPP. The program shall be in writing and distributed and/or made available to all employees. B. If any dispute arises with regard to this section, an employee may file a grievance. The decision reached at the CalHR level shall be final.
