Common use of Injury at Work Clause in Contracts

Injury at Work. 30.01 An employee injured at work shall be paid for the balance of the shift on which the injury occurred if, as a result of such injury, the employee requires medical treatment as defined under the Workplace Safety & Insurance Act.
