Common use of INPUT OF STAFFING CHANGES Clause in Contracts

INPUT OF STAFFING CHANGES. If the Board makes a change in the number of district buildings or a change in the structure of programs in the existing buildings that forces a significant change in the number of employees' work stations or work hours, the Board will make a reasonable attempt to consult with the Association prior to making the change. It is not the intent of this section to limit the Board's rights under Article II, E,7. but to facilitate the necessary changes.
