Inspection and Exhibition. Landlord and its representatives or designees, upon giving notice to Tenant, may enter the Leased Premises at reasonable hours for purpose of inspection and exhibition to prospective purchasers, lenders or tenants.

Inspection and Exhibition. LANDLORD and its agents and invitees shall have the right at any reasonable time to enter upon the demised premises for the purposes of inspection, posting notices, showing to a prospective purchaser or tenant, or making any alterations or repairs which LANDLORD shall deem necessary for the protection, improvement or preservation of the premises or for any other lawful purposes.

  • Incorporation of Schedules and Exhibits The schedules, attachments and exhibits referenced in and attached to this Agreement shall be deemed an integral part hereof to the same extent as if written in whole herein. In the event that any inconsistency or conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and any schedules, attachments or exhibits attached hereto, the provisions of this Agreement shall supersede the provisions of any such schedules, attachments or exhibits.
