Inspection and Test. Boeing may inspect and test the Deliverables prior to Acceptance. If, in the reasonable opinion of Boeing, the Deliverables do not comply with the requirements of this Agreement, Boeing may reject and return the Deliverables at the Supplier's expense. Boeing shall have the right to conduct further inspections and tests after the Supplier has carried out its remedial actions.
Inspection and Test. Prior to the Delivery, Purchaser shall be provided an opportunity to have the Representative observe an inspection of the Aircraft in accordance with the Manufacture Phase Inspection Guide Doc. No. 4002-3 and a test of the Aircraft in accordance with ATP E25, 501 to determine that the Aircraft meets Delivery Conditions. Promptly upon conclusion of the inspection and the test, the Representative shall deliver to Seller in writing a list containing any non-conformity with respect to the Delivery Conditions, and Seller shall agree in writing to correct any such non-conformity with respect to the Delivery Conditions prior to the Redelivery on the Redelivery Date.
Inspection and Test. 7.1. Insitu Pacific may inspect and test the Deliverables prior to Acceptance. If, in the opinion of Insitu Pacific, the Deliverables do not comply in any respect whatsoever with this Agreement, Insitu Pacific may reject and return the Deliverables at the Supplier's expense. Any such inspection or testing shall not diminish or relieve the Supplier from any obligation or liability imposed on the Supplier under or by virtue of this Agreement, and Insitu Pacific shall have the right to conduct further inspections and tests after the Supplier has carried out its remedial actions.
Inspection and Test. Prior to acceptance, all goods ordered hereunder shall be subject to inspection and test by Buyer, in the extent practicable, at all times and places, including the place of manufacture. Such goods shall be subject to final inspection and acceptance by Buyer after delivery to Buyer. Seller agrees to permit access to Seller’s facilities at all reasonable times for inspection of goods by Buyer’s agents of employees and will provide all tools, facilities and assistance reasonably necessary for such inspection. It is expressly agreed that inspection of payments prior to delivery will not constitute final acceptance. In all cases, Buyer shall have all rights to revoke acceptance as allowed or provided by law. Seller agrees to provide and maintain an inspection and quality control systems acceptable to Buyer. The system of quality control shall conform to the quality control requirements that are identified in this order (as amended or supplemented from time to time by Buyer). Xxxxxx further agrees to maintain adequate authenticated inspection and test documents which relate to work performed in this order. Such orders shall be retained by Seller for a period of three (3) years after completion of this order or as otherwise specified by Buyer and made available to Buyer upon request. Xxxxxx agrees to supply Buyer with inspection and test reports, affidavits, certifications, or any other documents as may be requested by Xxxxx. Payments for any goods or services shall not be construed as acceptance for the purposes of this order.
Inspection and Test. A. Seller will submit to Buyer all production, functional and quality control test reports and offer data as may be requested by Buyer from time to time concerning the Goods in order that Buyer can ensure quality control. Seller grants to Buyer and Buyer’s customer the right to enter Seller’s premises during any reasonable business hours to make such inspection and examination as Buyer may deem appropriate and agrees to fully cooperate with Buyer in effecting such an inspection.
B. All Goods ordered may be subject to final inspection and test by Buyer after receipt irrespective of the day of payment and any items which are not fully satisfactory to Buyer may be rejected by notice to Seller. Said rejected items are to be replaced with applicable items within the latest reasonable time after notice of rejection or at the option of Buyer exercised by written notice the quantity of Goods may be reduced by the number of rejected items. Seller warrants that the Goods delivered to Buyer shall conform to the specifications of such Good for its entire shelf-life.
Inspection and Test. BIOTRINE agrees to and will, prior to shipment, inspect or have inspected each of the Meters sold to CENTER and perform each of the quality tests specified in Exhibit C. CENTER has loaned to BIOTRINE a "wave form generator" test instrument for BIOTRINE's use in testing and inspecting Meters. During the period that the wave form generator instrument is installed on BIOTRINE's or BIOTRINE's agent's premises, BIOTRINE shall assume full responsibility for all risks of physical loss or damage to the wave form generator instrument, ordinary wear and tear excepted. BIOTRINE shall return the wave form generator to CENTER, at CENTER's expense, upon thirty (30) day's written notice.
Inspection and Test. Powerlink Queensland reserves the right to inspect and test all Goods or Services supplied, to assure compliance with Specification — refer section 7. Where Goods or Services fail such inspection and tests they will be rejected and the Supplier notified of their rejection and the reasons. The Supplier is liable for the replacement, free of charge, of all such rejected Goods or Services, with Goods or Services of an acceptable standard. Any rejected Goods or Services must within 30 days from notification by letter and subject to any lien thereon which Powerlink Queensland may have, be removed by the Supplier at the Supplier’s own expense from Powerlink Queensland’s premises. If, on the expiry of 30 days, the rejected Goods or Services have not been removed, Powerlink Queensland may return the Goods or Services freight forward, and at the Supplier’s risk, to the Supplier. All Goods or Services which have been notified to the Supplier as rejected, are held by Powerlink Queensland at the Supplier’s risk.
Inspection and Test. Records The supplier must establish and maintain records, which provide evidence that the product has been inspected and/or tested. 27.
Inspection and Test. Buyer and its customer may inspect and/or test materials, work in progress, and completed supplies at all reasonable times and places during performance of the work and prior to shipment. Rejected supplies shall be corrected or replaced. Rejected services shall be re‑performed in an acceptable manner. If inspection and test are made on Seller’s premises, Seller shall, without additional charge, provide reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the inspectors performing these duties. Inspections and tests shall be performed in such a manner as not to unduly delay work in progress. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all supplies furnished under this Purchase Order are subject to Buyer’s inspection and acceptance or rejection at destination notwithstanding any previous Buyer or its customer’s source inspection or test. Inspection/test at source or at destination shall not relieve Seller of its responsibility to furnish the supplies/services in strict conformance with the Purchase Order requirements. Seller shall maintain an inspection and quality control system acceptable to Buyer and its customer. Seller shall furnish Buyer the records of inspection/test for supplies and services furnished hereunder at any time during the warranty period upon Xxxxx’s request.
Inspection and Test. 9.1 Before despatching the goods, the Seller shall inspect and test them for compliance with the Order and shall provide the Purchaser with such test certificates as the Purchaser may require.
9.2 Payment for the goods delivered shall not constitute acceptance. Purchaser shall have the right to inspect such goods and to reject any or all of said goods which are in Purchaser’s judgment defective or nonconforming to this order. Goods so rejected may be returned to the Seller at Seller’s expense. Purchaser may at its option, require Seller to grant a full refund or credit to Purchaser, in lieu of replacement, with respect to any item the Purchaser is entitled to reject hereunder.
9.3 The Purchaser or any person authorised on the Purchaser’s behalf shall be entitled to inspect or test the goods at all times and places, including at the Seller’s works or at the works of the Seller’s sub-contractors or assignees including during the period of manufacture for Equipment, the period of development of Software, and the period of performance for Services. If inspections or tests are made on Seller’s or its subcontractor’s or assignee’s premises, the Seller shall, without additional charge, provide all reasonable facilities and assistance as the Purchaser or the Purchaser’s representatives shall require. If specified by the Purchaser, the Seller will give the Purchaser adequate notice of its or its sub-contractors or assignees tests which any authorised representative of the Purchaser shall be entitled to attend without charge. Any inspection or testing by any such authorised representative shall not relieve the Seller of any liability nor shall it imply the Purchaser’s acceptance of the goods.
