Common use of Inspection of Work Performed Clause in Contracts

Inspection of Work Performed. The State's authorized representatives, at reasonable times and with 10 days prior notice, have the right to enter the Contractor's premises or any other places where work is being performed in relation to this Contract. The representatives may inspect, monitor, or evaluate the work being performed, to the extent the access will not reasonably interfere with or jeopardize the safety or operation of Contractor's systems or facilities. The Contractor must provide reasonable assistance for the State's representatives during inspections.
