Common use of Inspection prior to Delivery Clause in Contracts

Inspection prior to Delivery. The Purchaser reserves the right at any time during normal working hours to inspect the manufacture of the Goods, at TOMRA's premises prior to delivery, upon reasonable prior notice to TOMRA at its own cost. No such inspection shall relieve TOMRA of any obligation, responsibility or liability under the Agreement or otherwise.
