Inspection Records. Inspector shall maintain detailed, comprehensive, organized, accessible, and timely documentation of all inspections of the Construction Work (“Inspection Records”). The Inspection Records shall identify all compliant and non-compliant Construction Work. The Inspection Records shall include, without limitation:
Inspection Records. All Goods and Services will be subject to inspection and tests by or on behalf of Buyer during manufacture and at all times and places to the extent practicable. Seller shall provide and shall require all of Seller's subcontractors to provide an inspection acceptable to the inspector. If an inspection or test is made by Buyer or any government on the premises of Seller, Seller shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the inspectors in the performance of their duties.

The Inspection Records shall identify all compliant and non-compliant Construction Work. The Inspection Records shall include, without limitation:
12.1.1. A systematic record of the inspection of all Construction Work required by the Construction Documents. The Inspector shall perform this by marking properly completed Construction Work on a set of Construction Documents to verify that the requirements of the plans and specifications have been met.
12.1.2. Construction Procedure Records (Title 24, Part 1, Section 4-342(6)) including, without limitation, concrete placement operations, welding operations, pile 12.1.3. The resolution of reported deviations.
12.1.4. Daily job log of the Inspector’s time spent on the Site(s).
Inspection Records. Inspection records shall be available upon request for each product shipment received. These records shall include the nature and number of observations and traceable by part number to the material / or services being provided by the Supplier.
Inspection Records. In accordance with (IAW) FAR 52.246-4, the Contractor shall provide and maintain an inspection system acceptable to the Government covering the service under this Contract. Complete records of all inspection work performed by the Contractor shall by maintained and made available to the Government as required under FAR 4.7.
Inspection Records. When Party A requests, Party B shall provide Party A with the actual quality data of the delivered goods, including but not limited to:
6.1.1 Provide the factory inspection pass rate with the goods;
6.1.2 Monthly quality data during the production process, including input-output ratio, and key process pass rate;
6.1.3 Monthly CPK report during the production process;
6.1.4 Quarterly SPC statistical analysis report of key processes during the production process.
Inspection Records. All Goods and Services will be subject to inspection and tests by or on behalf of Buyer or (where required) by any government during manufacture and at all times and places to the extent practicable. Seller shall provide and shall require all of Seller's subcontractors to provide an inspection acceptable to the inspector. If an inspection or test is made by Buyer or any government on the premises of Seller, Seller shall provide all reasonable facilities and assistance for the safety and convenience of the inspectors in the performance of their duties. If required by any applicable law or regulation Seller shall retain any pertinent books, papers, documents and records and allow government or regulatory agency access and right to examine same.
Inspection Records. Inspections and measurements are required to prove adherence to specifications. These inspections and measurements shall be documented and kept in a form that is retrievable within 48 hours.
Inspection Records. 15.1. Bioamber, its representatives or agents shall have the right to visit, with a prior notice of three (3) business days and subject to the approval of ARD, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, the installations of ARD in relation to the manufacturing of the Product to make sure that the Product is manufactured according to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Samples can be taken from time to time for the purpose of laboratory evaluation independently of the Demonstration Plant and ARD analytical labs. Such independent analyses will be paid solely by Bioamber.
15.2. ARD will keep records for at least five (5) years showing the Product manufactured pursuant to this Agreement. ARD will permit Bioamber, its representatives or agents to obtain a copy of such records.
Inspection Records. Inspection records of the examination and tests (either in-process or of the end items) performed by the Contractor shall be kept complete and available to the Government for a period of three years following completion of this contract.
