Inspection Required. The Landowner, its successors and assigns, shall regularly and periodically inspect the Facility in its entirety. Records shall be kept to identify the dates and maintenance performed and shall be made available to the County at the County’s request. The purpose of the inspection is to assure safe and proper functioning of the Facility. The inspection shall cover all parts of the Facility including, but not limited to, berms, outlet structures, pond areas, and access roads. The Landowner’s failure to inspect shall be treated as a breach of this Agreement just as much as a failure to repair if repair is needed after inspection.

The Town shall provide the Landowner a copy of the inspection findings and a directive to commence with the repairs if necessary. In the case of multiple Landowners of a single property, notice to one shall suffice as notice to all.

Inspection Required. (1) All installations shall, at a minimum, be inspected by the City’s Building Codes Department for compliance with the latest edition of the Minnesota Plumbing Code.
Inspection Required. The Landowner and Subsequent owners shall regularly and periodically inspect the Facility in its entirety. Records shall be kept identifying the dates and maintenance performed and shall be made available to the County and the County’s request. The first inspection report shall be submitted no later than 12 months after Notice of Termination (NOT) submission. The Landowner shall provide annual reports to the County, which shall include all records of inspections and maintenance, by January 31 of each year for the prior calendar year. The Landowner’s failure to inspect, maintain, or repair the Facility shall be treated as a breach of this Agreement.
Inspection Required. The Landowner shall regularly and periodically inspect the Facility in its entirety. Inspections shall be performed by a Certified Construction Inspector as defined by S.C. Code Xxx. Regs. § 72-301 and York County Code of Ordinances §§ 152.010 and 152.053(A)(3). The Landowner shall keep written records of the inspection dates and any maintenance performed. The Landowner shall provide annual reports to the County, which shall include all records of inspections and maintenance, by January 31 of each year for the prior calendar year and shall keep copies of those inspections on record for future verification by the County for a period of at least five (5) years. Those records shall be made available to the County upon request. The Landowner’s failure to inspect, maintain, or repair the Facility shall constitute a breach of these covenants.
