Inspection Rights, etc. Permit the Agent or any other Lender or any Representatives thereof to examine and make copies of and abstracts from records and books of, and visit the properties of, the Borrower to discuss the affairs, finances and accounts of the Borrower with any of its officers or directors and with its independent certified public accountants from time to time during normal business hours upon reasonable notice. The Lenders and the Agent agree that the Agent shall coordinate and consolidate visits by the Lenders and their Representatives (including the examination of records and books and the making of copies and abstracts of records and books) at mutually convenient times and in such a manner so as to minimize the disruption to the operations of the Borrower and to the costs associated with such visits.
