INSTALLATION AND AUTHORIZATION CODES. 8.1 Customer may install the Software only on the applicable Customer Computer identified in the Order Schedule, provided however that in the case of a Network (Floating) License or a Named User License Customer may install the Software on Customer’s client machines within the scope of the license type acquired, as long as use of the Software is controlled by the license management program accompanying the Software and installed on the Customer Computer (license server). Customer shall be responsible for installation of the Software and all associated costs. Customer may only relocate the Customer Computer with MSC’s prior written consent. 8.2 THE SOFTWARE MAY REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION CODES (also known as "LICENSE KEYS") TO RUN. ANY SUCH REQUIRED AUTHORIZATION CODES WILL BE ISSUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MSC'S THEN-CURRENT LICENSE MANAGEMENT POLICY. Customer shall provide MSC with the host identifier and any other information reasonably required by MSC for each Customer Computer to permit MSC to generate the necessary authorization codes. Use of any Software without any required authorization codes is prohibited. 8.3 For Software on maintenance, MSC reserves the right to charge MSC's then-current standard hardware transfer fees whenever MSC, in response to a Customer request, generates and delivers to Customer replacement authorization codes due to a change to the Customer Computer. Prior to any such delivery, Customer shall complete, sign and submit MSC’s standard hardware transfe request form. MSC has no obligation to provide replacement authorization codes for changes to the Customer Computer if: (i) the Software is not supported on the proposed substitute computer; or (ii) if Customer is in breach of this Agreement. MSC will not provide replacement authorization codes to Customer if the applicable Software is not currently covered by maintenance. 8.4

De klant is voor de installatie van de software en alle bijbehorende kosten verantwoordelijk. De locatie van de klantencomputer mag door de klant uitsluitend na voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming door MSC worden veranderd. 8.2 OM DE SOFTWARE TE LATEN WERKEN KUNNEN AUTHORISATIE CODES (OOK BEKEND ALS “LICENTIESLEUTELS”) VEREIST ZIJN. DERGELIJKE VEREISTE AUTHORISATIE CODES WORDEN AFGEGEVEN IN OVEREENSTEMMING MET HET DAN GELDENDE LICENTIE BEHEER BELEID VAN MSC. De klant dient aan MSC de host-ID alsmede alle overige informatie ter beschikking te stellen, die door MSC voor het genereren van de noodzakelijke autorisatiecodes voor iedere klanten computer benodigd zijn. Gebruik van de software zonder enige vereiste authorisatie codes is verboden. 8.3 Voor software en onderhoud behoudt MSC zich het recht voor om haar telkens actuele standaardtarieven voor het overdragen van hardware in rekening te brengen, indien MSC op aanvraag van de klant vanwege wijzigingen aan de klantencomputer vervangende autorisatie codes aanmaakt en deze aan de klant levert. Voorafgaand aan een dergelijke levering dient de klant het standaard aanvraagformulier van MSC voor de overdracht van hardware in te vullen, te ondertekenen en te overhandigen. MSC is niet verplicht om bij wijzigingen aan de klantencomputer vervangende autorisatie codes ter beschikking te stellen, indien (i) de voorgestelde vervangende computer niet door MSC bevoegde is voor het gebruik van de software;
