Installation and Service. 3.1. The Lines shall be installed or repaired by Cavendish Communications or by a Third Party Provider or subcontractor. 3.2. Where possible, installations will be completed on the agreed date subject to our General Terms and Conditions. 3.3. Telephone numbers issued are subject to change and are not guaranteed until live, working & tested. Cavendish Communications shall not be responsible for any costs incurred by Customers who advertise numbers prior to such numbers being tested and confirmed by Cavendish Communications.

Installation and Service. 3.1. Broadband lines shall be installed or repaired by engineers from the Third Party Provider. 3.2. Where possible, installations will be completed on the agreed date but we cannot be held responsible for matters causing a delay that are outside our reasonable control. 3.3. At our sole discretion and unless specifically requested in writing by You, we shall arrange for the Broadband and DSL Services to be provided to You by a Third Party Provider of our choice and we reserve the right to change Third Party Providers at any time, subject to us using our reasonable endeavours to ensure that there is no cancellation or interruption or reduction in quality of Broadband Service to You.
Installation and Service. 9.1 Xxxxxxxxx shall take responsibility for state of the art installation and handing over of the Contractual Products. Xxxxxxxxx shall repair defective Contractual Products promptly. 9.2 Xxxxxxxxx shall at all times have an appropriate number of qualified SIRONA trained technical personnel available for installation and service of Contractual Products. 9.3 Xxxxxxxxx shall establish a list of customers of Contractual Products and shall, at the request of SIRONA, allow SIRONA to review and copy such list.
Installation and Service. 4.1 Customer acknowledges and agrees that use of the Service will require certain equipment to be installed by the Company (the "Company Equipment") at the Customer location. Company Equipment includes, but is not limited to, an outdoor antenna, wiring, and radio transceiver. 4.2 Company will not be liable for any alterations to the Premises that result from the installation or removal of the Equipment, including, but not limited to, holes in walls, cable wiring or antenna mounting brackets. 4.3 Any custom installation work that Customer requests, including placing cable under carpet, through interior walls or inside molding, may require an additional charge.
Installation and Service. The Company shall, at the request of End User, install the Product. The Company shall not prevent an End User from installing the Product if the End User so elects. BOATRACS reserves the right to require employees or representatives of the Company to attend training programs in connection with the installation, operation or service of the Product. Neither the Company, nor any employee, representative or independent contractor of or retained by the Company shall perform service upon the Product which violates or breaches any provision of the CANCOM Agreement, including without limitation the opening of any sealed component of the Product. The Company shall not service Products, unless (a) BOATRACS has issued its written certification that the Company is an authorized service provider, (b) the Company has received verbal authorization and a work order number as to a particular unit of Product, and (c) the Company complies with such requirements as to such service that BOATRACS shall promulgate from time to time. Such certification as an authorized service provider shall be revocable at any time at the discretion of BOATRACS. Prior to commencing service, the Company shall provide BOATRACS with information regarding improper use, negligent use or any other condition that causes the repair to be out of warranty.
Installation and Service. 5.1 For installation at least one Stereotaxis person is on the customer site at Stereotaxis cost and expense. Siemens will support the installation of Stereotaxis components to Siemens' system. 5.2 Service on site will be done by Siemens in accordance with a service contract between the customer and Siemens and Stereotaxis, on commercially reasonable terms to be mutually agreed. Such service will include Stereotaxis' components. To enable Siemens to perform service Stereotaxis shall provide Siemens at no cost with INFORMATION necessary for Siemens to perform service on Stereotaxis' components and shall train at no cost to Siemens a reasonable number of Siemens' specialists in the service of Stereotaxis' components. Furthermore, Stereotaxis and Siemens shall cooperate to provide service call center support as well as spare parts in respect of Integrated Labs. Details regarding service, including but not limited to response time and spare part logistics, will be handled agreed to by a "collaborative service working group" to be established after the signing of this Agreement. Siemens agrees to provide such service on such terms for a period of at least 12 months following the expiration of the Exclusivity Period and for such additional term as may be mutually agreed.
Installation and Service. Such equipment shall be installed and maintained by lessor, which shall, at their expense make all repairs.

Installation and Service. 3D Systems will install the Equipment and provide any remedial and preventive maintenance which is required to keep the Equipment in good operating condition during the warranty period, unless otherwise stated in the Agreement. 3D Systems may provide basic Installation Site information. Customer will be responsible for having the installation site properly prepared before the Equipment is installed. 3D Systems will consult with Customer on a time and materials basis on any additional questions or issues regarding installation site preparation. 3D Systems shall have no liability for such consultations. In addition to the installation charge(s), if any, as specified on the face of the Agreement, Customer will arrange and pay for any special handling charges (including without limitation all costs of preparing the installation site and all storage, drayage, cranes, building modifications or other similar charges). Installation and any remedial and preventive maintenance will be performed by 3D Systems or its authorized designee during normal business hours. 3D Systems and Customer will cooperate to satisfy any Customer security requirements and still allow full and free access to the Equipment. Customer will provide computer time for any remedial and preventive maintenance or installation at no cost to 3D Systems. 3D Systems will accept responsibility in the event that damages are caused by the negligence of its employees or designees while they are on Customer's premises in the course of performing installation or servicing purposes.
Installation and Service. 5.1 For installations of LABs, at least one Stereotaxis person will be on site at the customer facility, at Stereotaxis cost and expense, at the time of installation. Siemens will support the installation of Stereotaxis components to Siemens' system. 5.2 Service of LABs on site will be done by Siemens in accordance with a service contract between the Siemens and Stereotaxis, on commercially reasonable terms to be mutually agreed or, where applicable, in accordance with existing service contracts in respect of LABs that are already in place. Furthermore, Stereotaxis and Siemens shall cooperate to provide service call center support as well as spare parts in respect of LABs. Details regarding service of LABs including but not limited to response time and spare part logistics, will be agreed to by the collaborative service working group established pursuant to the Collaboration Agreement, which will also be used to coordinate service issues arising under this Agreement. Regarding service for LABs, Siemens agrees to provide Stereotaxis with no less than 24 months written notice of termination of such service. Details regarding the installation will be separately agreed upon.
Installation and Service. The State of Iowa and Unplugged Wireless establish this agreement pursuant to the specifications, and terms and conditions from solicitation 005-RFB-0618-2024. Within the State of Iowa, all state agencies, state facilities, cities, counties or education entities or any entity funded in part with state tax dollars, are eligible purchasers and authorized to purchase products and services under the terms of the contract in lieu of a separate competitive selection process.
