Installation and Testing. If specified in the task order, the contractor shall submit a draft Acceptance Test Plan to the Ordering Contracting Officer (OCO) of all proposed equipment, services, and systems to be tested for government review and approval. Upon approval, the contractor shall prepare a final Acceptance Test Plan prior to the start of acceptance testing. Acceptance shall be as defined in Section E.2 [Definitions]. If so tasked, the contractor shall adhere to the specifications of the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) for the area under consideration and shall install and test all equipment and systems in accordance with accepted industry standards that apply to the area under consideration. The contractor shall clear, correct, and restore any components or subsystems that fail the acceptance tests and shall submit, if so tasked, a set of as-built drawings to the OCO.
Installation and Testing eFunds will install and test the Initial Programs licensed by Client at the Permanent Site. The installation and testing of the Initial Programs will consist of the following operations: (i) the current version of the Initial Programs and related files will be restored to disc from tape- this consists of the productive code, data files, the input specification to the operating system, utilities, a test data base and generating installation files; (ii) this reference copy of the Initial Programs is "frozen", that is, Modifications shall not be made once (i) is complete; all future Product Release/Version deliveries will be based on this reference Initial Program copy; (iii) eFunds will modify the Initial Programs as necessary to fit the local disc, operating system and communications access methods environment; (iv) eFunds will bring up the Initial Programs and will perform the, standard installation tests; (v) in each event, the Client host will be substituted for a simulator if Client has established the host connection. When the tests have been successfully completed, installation will be complete ("Installation").
Installation and Testing. Upon receipt of Client Equipment, Host shall perform commercially reasonable testing in accordance with Host’s equipment testing procedures and notify Client of any malfunctioning Client Equipment within five (5) business days. Host shall install all properly functioning Client Equipment in the Client Space within seven (7) business days of testing such Client Equipment. Host shall not be liable for any defects or malfunctions in Client Equipment attributable to the Equipment’s quality problem or for failing to identify any hidden defects during installation or testing.
Installation and Testing. 5.1 If American determines to purchase WDC for any Retrofit A/C, installation will be completed on such Retrofit A/C in substantial accordance with the schedule agreed upon by American and Gogo.
Installation and Testing. The Licensee acknowledges that Xxxxxxxxx is neither required to install any Product on the Licensee’s computer equipment, system or network nor test whether the Product is compatible with or capable of being processed on that equipment, system or network. Xxxxxxxxx does not warrant that the Product, when delivered, will be compatible with or capable of being processed on the Licensee’s computer equipment, system or network. Training: The Licensee acknowledges that Xxxxxxxxx is not required to provide any training in the use of any Product to the Licensee except as the parties may agree from time to time.
Installation and Testing. The provisions of this Paragraph 3 are only applicable in case the Parties have agreed that the Products shall include installation and or testing, to be performed at the Purchaser’s facilities.
3.1 The Supplier shall certify that the installation work and/or the testing at the Purchaser’s facilities will be performed in accordance with applicable safety and work practices. At the Supplier’s request, the Purchaser shall provide information about its rules.
3.2 Delivery occurs when the installation work and/or testing has been completed and the Purchaser has received the Products by written acceptance. Such written acceptance shall be provided without undue delay.
3.3 Within a reasonable time before starting the installation work and/or the tests, the Supplier shall present a schedule for the goods and/or services to be provided by the Purchaser under the Agreement.
3.4 Unless the Parties agree otherwise, the contracted price for the Products shall include the costs of the installation and/or testing.
3.5 Unless the Parties agree otherwise, the Supplier shall maintain liability insurance in an amount equal to at least SEK 10 million per injury caused by the Products or by the Supplier on the Purchaser’s or a Third Party’s premises or personnel in conjunction with installation work and/or testing performed at the Purchaser’s facilities.
3.6 During the warranty period, including the period after delivery of the Product, the Supplier shall acquire and maintain insurance
Installation and Testing. 5.1 Aircell will deliver what it deems to be Customer Worthy software by [***] and will deliver the easy update content loader and the service bulletin by [***]. In the event that Aircell fails to timely deliver the software, hardware and service bulletin, and the delay extends beyond [***], as American’s sole remedy for such delay, Aircell will credit to American the purchase price of WDC for one aircraft for every 30 day period of delay beyond [***]; provided, however, that Aircell will not be required to credit American for any delay resulting from American’s failure to make an aircraft available for certification.

Installation and Testing. A. The Company will provide all services required to design, configure, install, and test the OBS including the following:
1. Submit with the proposal a project schedule and implantation plan to the Authority to outline the milestones, deliverables and process for quality assurance and deployment.
2. Meet with the Authority to review OBS configuration options and obtain business rules to configure the OBS.
3. Meet with the Authority to obtain assets required to design the OBS website.
4. Submit the OBS test plan for all test phases including:
a. Development testing;
b. Functional pre-production testing;
c. Production testing – soft rollout;
Installation and Testing. A5 will provide reasonable support and assistance to Atossa in installing and otherwise integrating the Licensed Property with the NextCYTE Test and Atossa’s other operations.
Installation and Testing. Customer shall engineer, furnish, install and test, at its sole cost and expense, all Customer supplied equipment in the Equipment Rack Space. Prior to installation, this Agreement shall be fully executed by both Parties or otherwise incorporated into any existing agreement between the Parties, and Customer shall submit to Sprint for its approval all engineering plans and specifications pertaining to Customer supplied equipment to be installed in the Equipment Rack Space. Installation and testing by Customer of equipment located in the Equipment Rack Space shall at all times be under the direct supervision of a Sprint escort. Title to equipment furnished by Customer hereunder shall, at all times, remain in Customer. All equipment supplied by Customer shall be labeled by the Customer as such.
