Installation of Exhibits. The installation of exhibits shall be completed according to the schedule established by the Show Management and must be complete and ready by 12 o’clock noon opening day. Moving of exhibits after the opening of the show is not permitted. Exhibits shall be maintained intact and attended during all regular show hours. Exhibits shall be installed, maintained and removed in the safest possible manner.

Installation of Exhibits. The installation of exhibits will be completed according to a schedule established by Show Management and must be completed by Exhibitor on or before noon on the Show’s opening day. Moving of any exhibits or exhibit materials after the opening of the Show is prohibited. No Exhibitor will be allowed to install or occupy exhibit space until its space is paid in full. If Exhibitor has not occupied its exhibit space by 10 a.m. on the Show’s opening day, this Agreement will be deemed terminated and Show Management will have the right, in its sole discretion, to release the exhibit space.
Installation of Exhibits. Hours of installation of exhibits are Friday, June 7, 2019 from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM and Saturday, June 8, 2019 from 6:30 AM to 9:30AM. All Exhibitors must be fully operational by Saturday, June 8, 2019 at 9:00AM. No show materials or freight may be shipped directly to the Pasadena Convention Center. Exhibitors with passenger cars, must arrive at the scheduled move-in time at the Pasadena Convention Center loading dock, accessible from the west side of the Center, via Marengo Avenue (000 X. Xxxxxxx Ave. – between Green St and Xxxxxxx St.) Early arrivals may park in the Center parking garage at prevailing rates. Oversize vehicle loading/parking will be available on the south side of the loading dock. All vehicles entering and exiting the loading dock will be required to drive in head first. The southwest corner of the loading dock has been designated as a turnaround area. Vehicles will be able to use this area to turn around in order to back into the loading bays. Exhibitors have 30 (thirty) minutes to unload. Only freight doors and freight elevators may be used. The Center prohibits the use of the main lobbies, side doors and passenger elevators for move-in and move-out activities.

Exhibitors and their approved contractors will be allowed on the Expo Floor during the above noted times. Electrical power and work level lighting will be on during setup hours. Air conditioning/heating will not be on during setup hours. Labor can be ordered on-site, although it is strongly suggested that this, along with furniture, carpet, etc., be ordered in advance to save time and money. Written requests to work hours other than those listed above must be received by the Council no later than August 24, 2022.
Installation of Exhibits. Exhibits shall be set up, decorated in complete form and approved by Enchantment Productions Show Management or its designated agent BEFORE business may commence. Exhibits should be set up and open for business no later than 10:00 a.m. on July 13, 2019. NO MOVE-INS WILL BE ALLOWED AFTER 8:00 a.m. July 13, 2019. Exhibitors will be required to check in before 5 p.m. on July 12, 2019. Enchantment Productions reserves the right to resell exhibit space after 5 p.m. on July 13th.
Installation of Exhibits. All Exhibits must be installed during the hours designated by the APA and must be erected and completely arranged prior to opening of the Exhibit Area. All booths must be open and staffed during the Exhibit hours. The Exhibit Area will be open to Exhibitor personnel wearing Exhibitor name badges one-half hour before and one-half hour after the Exhibits open and close. Installation will be during Exhibitor Registration hours. The APA will not allow any move-in of Exhibits during Exhibit hours. Vendor cars must be located in vendor parking by 8:30 A.M. EXHIBIT OPERATION AND ACTIVITIES Exhibitors are held liable for compliance with the terms as set forth herein. No activities will be permitted in any exhibit space that are contrary to law or the rules of the conference or which will disturb exhibitors in the immediate area. All displays, equipment, booth furnishings, product demonstrations and marketing/promotional activities, including surveys of any nature conducted by the exhibitor or a contracted survey firm, must be confined to the exhibitor area. Materials, equipment or activities which detract from the atmosphere of the Exposition or which disturb exhibitors are prohibited. Costumed personnel or mannequins must not be offensive or disruptive in their appearance or dress. IPAC shall have the right to prohibit any exhibit, which in their opinion is not suitable to the character or purpose of the Exposition. No overflow into the aisles will be permitted as fire regulations indicate all aisles must be free for egress in the event of an emergency. IPAC reserves the right to remove from the show materials, advertising or literature, which they feel is not in keeping with the standards of the conference.
Installation of Exhibits. Each Exhibitor installs and removes her exhibit at her own expense. All exhibits must be completely set up and show ready by 10:00 am on March 19, 2013. There is limited space for loading and unloading at the hotel. Therefore, we must ask that you completely unload your vehicle before beginning set-up of your booth so that others may have access. Loading/unloading help is unavailable. Insurance. WBO and UNF do not accept responsibility for the Exhibitor's property or person. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor, if so desired, to obtain business interruption, liability, and property damage insurance covering the Exhibitor's property. The Exhibitor agrees to add WBO and the hotel as additional parties insured on its own commercial liability insurance policies.
