INSTRUCTION MANUALS Sample Clauses
The INSTRUCTION MANUALS clause requires one party, typically the supplier or manufacturer, to provide detailed manuals or guides for the use, installation, or maintenance of products or equipment delivered under the contract. These manuals may need to be supplied in a specific language, format, or number of copies, and often must be delivered by a certain deadline, such as before or upon delivery of the goods.
