Instructional Time, Preparation Time, Supervision Time, and Timetables. 04.01 Each Teacher will submit to the School Staffing Committee a copy of their individual timetable no later than the final school day in September. The Teacher will include a written analysis of total 5 day instructional time which will not exceed the limits of the Collective Agreement. The Teacher will also include an analysis of preparation time which will be no less than the minimums described in the Collective Agreement, and supervision time which will be no greater than the maximum described in the Collective Agreement. The Joint Staffing Committee will determine the method of reporting this information. The principal and the School Xxxxxxx will ensure this information is collected and forwarded to the Joint Staffing Committee for analysis.
