Instrument Requirements. The Instrument requirements, including without limitation the specifications, are set forth in the Product Requirements Document. Gen-Probe shall have the sole right to amend the PRD, in its sole discretion, during the term of this Agreement. While KMC shall make recommendations throughout this project with regard to the PRD, the final approval thereof shall be Gen-Probe's; provided, however, that such right of approval shall not relieve KMC of its duty to perform its services hereunder in a workmanlike manner.
