Common use of Instruments Evidencing Accounts Clause in Contracts

Instruments Evidencing Accounts. If any Accounts are at any time evidenced by promissory notes, trade acceptances or other instruments for the payment of money, Borrower will immediately deliver the same to Bank appropriately endorsed to Bank's order and, regardless of the form of such endorsement, Borrower hereby waives presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest, notice of protest and all other notices with respect thereto.
