Common use of Insulation Industry Education Fund Clause in Contracts

Insulation Industry Education Fund. The Employer shall remit monthly to the Union thirty cents ($0.30) per hour for each and every hour earned. It is agreed that this fund will be used to promote programs of industry education, training, research and the technical and business skills of Employers and Employees, stabilize and improve Employer/Union relations and promote, support and improve the training and employment opportunities for Employees. No part of these payments shall be used for political or anti-Union activities.

Insulation Industry Education Fund. The Employer shall remit monthly to the Union thirty fifty-six cents ($0.300.56) per hour for each and every hour earnedworked. It is agreed that this fund will be used to promote programs of industry education, training, research and the technical and business skills of Employers and Employees, stabilize and improve Employer/Union relations and promote, support and improve the training and employment opportunities for Employees. No part of these payments shall be used for political or anti-Union activities.

It is agreed that this fund will be used to promote programs of industry education, training, research and the technical and business skills of Employers and Employees, stabilize and improve Employer/Union relations and promote, support and improve the training and employment opportunities for Employees. No part of these payments shall be used for political or anti-Union activities.

No part of these payments shall be used for political or anti-Union activities.

It is agreed that this fund will be used to promote programs of industry education, training, research and the Heat & Frost Insulators, Local 118 Standard 1, 2019 to 30, 2023 technical and business skills of Employers and Employees, stabilize and improve Employer/Union relations and promote, support and improve the training and employment opportunities for Employees. No part of these payments shall be used for political or anti-Union activities.
