Insurance / Claims management fee / Assistance. 12.1. The Lessee grants DirectLease the unconditional power of attorney to take out a civil liability insurance and legal assistance insurance for the Vehicle in the Lessee's name and at his/her expense. The insurance agreements entered into will remain in force during the entire Lease period of the Vehicle and can only be amended, suspended or terminated with the written consent of DirectLease.
