Insurance Coverage Required. Compensation Insurance with limits as required by the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, with the policy endorsed to provide a waiver of subrogation as to the Owner, and Employer's Liability insurance of not less than: Coverage Limit Statutory Benefits (Coverage A) Statutory Employers Liability (Coverage B) $1,000,000 Each Accident $1,000,000 Disease/Employee $1,000,000 Disease/Policy Limit Policies must include (a) Other States Endorsement to include TEXAS if business is domiciled outside of the state of Texas, and (b) a waiver of all rights of subrogation in favor of Owner. Workers’ Compensation policy must include under Item 3.A. on the information page of the workers’ compensation policy the state in which work is to be performed for the Owner. No ‘alternative’ form of insurance will be permitted Workers' Compensation Insurance Coverage must meet the statutory requirements of Tex. Lab. Code, §401.011(44), and those specific to construction projects for public entities as required by Tex. Lab. Code, §406.096.
