Insurance Fees. ALA does not provide insurance to Participant for any matter or incident associated with this Agreement. Participant shall bear sole financial responsibility for the premium(s) for any and all insurance required to be carried by a Participant for driving a Super Trofeo or related activity at each Event (such premium(s) to be determined between Participant and the insurance provider in their sole and exclusive discretion) and all other costs and expenses required to be paid by Participant under this Agreement.

Insurance Fees. Your program fees include 3 months of Economy insurance coverage, however you must pay for any additional insurance costs before your DS2019 form will be printed.. If you stay in the USA longer than 3 months, you will have to extend your insurance.
Insurance Fees. Insurance Fees are a charge by Sun Life for providing the Maturity Benefit. The Maturity Benefit is calculated as either the Contract Maturity Benefit or the Death Benefit, depending upon whether the Contract Maturity Date or Death Benefit Date occurs first. See Section
Insurance Fees. For each insurance policy under which Biovensa is covered pursuant to Section 2.1.5 hereof, CTRC and Biovensa agree that they shall negotiate in good faith to determine the compensation to be paid to CTRC (the "Insurance Fees"). The parties agree that such negotiations will be conducted with input from CTRC's insurance broker as to the relative risk and basis for premium determination regarding Biovensa's coverage pursuant to such policies. Biovensa shall pay the Benefits Fees and the Administrative Fees to CTRC in the form of a check or wire transfer of immediately available funds on the last business day of each month. CTRC and Biovensa shall agree on a payment schedule for the Miscellaneous Fees, Technical Fees and Insurance Fees when such fees have been negotiated pursuant to Sections 2.2.3, 2.2.4 and 2.2.5.
Insurance Fees. Insurance is mandatory for all shipments which are transporting by, through, under, or as a result of, Mailboxes services. The cost of insurance is declared either on Mailboxes’ schedule of fees or the customer’s final invoice. Insurance must be purchased through Mailboxes unless an exemption waiver has been provided in writing by an Officer of Mailboxes.
